Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 44.5 points, or 0.26 per cent higher at 17,270.50, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Tuesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today’s trade:


L&T Info, ACC, Mastek:
Larsen & Toubro Infotech, ACC, Mastek, PCBL, , Benares Hotels, Godavari Drugs and Longview Tea Company are the companies that will announce their March quarter results today.

MindTree: The IT company said it has registered a 49.1 per cent jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 473.1 crore in the fourth quarter of FY22 compared to the year-ago period. The company had recorded a net profit of Rs 317.3 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.


TVS Motor Company:
Jwalamukhi Investment offloaded the shares of two-wheeler manufacturer worth Rs 212 crore through an open market transaction. However, the buyer(s) of the shares could not be ascertained.



(India):
The state-owned construction player said it has bagged business worth Rs 981.17 crore in the last month. The company informed that it has bagged a work order for Rs 500 crore for various works in the Union Territory of Ladakh. Besides, the company had bagged many other projects last month.


Mahindra Lifespace Developers:
The realty firm said it has acquired 11.5 acres of land in Pune to develop a residential project, which is projected to generate sales value of Rs 1,700 crore. The land has been acquired in the developing micro market of Pimpri in Pune.

Colors: The pigment player has acquired 78 per cent stake in Atlas Life Sciences, a manufacturer of bulk APIs. The acquisition, in a cash deal for Rs 48 crore, includes a fully operational WHO GMP certified manufacturing facility in Odhav, Ahmedabad, R&D facility, corporate office, and land parcel in Chhatral.

SJVN: The state-owned utility player said the Himachal Pradesh State Co-Operative Bank will provide a loan of nearly Rs 500 crore for setting up a 66 MW hydro electric project in Himachal Pradesh.

Ujjivan Financial Services: The merger bound NBFC in its BSE filing said the board has appointed Radhakrishnan Ravi, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.

Rail Vikas Nigam: The railway player has entered into an memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mahanadi Coalfields (MCL), a subsidiary of Coal India. MCL has given project management consultancy contract for rail infrastructure works to Rail Vikas from concept to commissioning.


Eveready Industries India:
Puran Associates & others acquired 76,534 equity shares in the company via open market transactions on April 18. With this, their stake in the company stands increased to 20.07 per cent, up from 19.96 per cent earlier.


Sanofi India:
The drug maker said it has appointed Rodolfo Hrosz as the new Managing Director with effect from June 1. The company’s board, in its meeting, has approved the appointment.

Styrolution India: Promoter INEOS Styrolution APAC has proposed to sell 25,32,330 equity shares or 14.4 per cent stake of the company via offer for sale (OFS) issue. It has also kept an option to additionally sell 16,88,220 equity shares (9.6 per cent stake) through the OFS, which will be open for two days – April 19-20.
